Today’s lesson will revolve around apologizing, and asking nicely.

  • Please (when offering something) — Dozo
  • Please (when requesting something) — Kudasai
  • Please show me — Misete kudasai
  • Please write it — Kaite kudasai
  • Please give me this — Kore o kudasai
  • Please — Onegai
  • Excuse me (to get attention) — Sumi masen
  • Excuse me (pardon me) — Gomen nasai OR Shitsurei shimasu
  • I’m sorry — Gomen nasai

There you have it, guys. Today’s lesson. Thanks for checking out my blog, love you! Rina-chan’s got to go now, bye bye!

Side note: Katakana, Hiragana, and Kanji are all alphabets from Japanese. Katakana  and Hiragana are used to write English into Japanese, and Kanji is standard Japanese. Man’yougen is the ancient Japanese language, based off of the Chinese symbols. China gave Japan their symbols as a gift.
